The terms that apply when you use SteadyStep.

These product terms are a pre-release working version and remain subject to launch-market legal review before public release.
Eligibility and scope
SteadyStep provides debt-planning calculations, educational explanations, reminders and scenario tools. If you have not reached the age of majority or otherwise cannot agree to these terms where you live, use SteadyStep only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for authorizing purchases where required. By using SteadyStep, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
Educational service only
SteadyStep is not a lender, broker, debt-relief or credit-repair provider, investment adviser, financial adviser, legal adviser or emergency service. Results depend on information you enter and may differ from lender statements, taxes, fees, compounding rules, penalties and future circumstances. Independently verify important decisions with lenders or qualified professionals.
Purchases and report access
Digital purchases are processed by Apple on iOS and Google Play on Android. In the iOS local-report release, one single-report purchase unlocks one complete on-device report and does not unlock subscription tools. An active monthly or annual membership provides unlimited on-device report refreshes, report comparison, scenario adjustments and ongoing progress summaries while active. A single-report credit is consumed only by a metadata-only entitlement commit after the report is generated and saved; retrying the same random report ID cannot consume it twice. Existing completed reports remain readable. Apple and Google Play purchases are separate and cannot be transferred between platforms; exact Android paid features may differ by release and remain unavailable until their own release gate passes.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account or Google Play account under the relevant store's terms. Refund, revocation or expiry stops new paid requests but does not delete completed reports already stored in the app's private storage, iCloud or an eligible Android system backup.
Your responsibilities
Provide information you are authorized to use, protect your Apple or Google account and device, and do not bypass purchase verification, interfere with the service, submit another person's financial information without authority, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or third-party service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular financial outcome.

資格與範圍
穩行計劃提供債務規劃計算、教育性解釋、提醒及情境工具。未達所在地法定成年年齡，或無法自行同意本條款的使用者，只可在父母或法定監護人允許及監督下使用；需要時，父母或監護人亦須負責批准購買。使用穩行計劃即表示你同意本條款及適用的 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 條款。
只供規劃及教育用途
穩行計劃不是貸款人、中介、債務紓緩或信用修復服務、投資顧問、財務顧問、法律顧問或緊急服務。結果依賴你輸入的資料，並可能因貸款方結單、稅費、複利規則、罰款及未來情況而不同。重要決定應向貸款方或合格專業人士獨立核實。
購買與報告權益
數位購買於 iOS 由 Apple 處理，於 Android 由 Google Play 處理。在 iOS 本地報告版本中，單次報告商品可解鎖一份裝置端完整報告，但不會解鎖訂閱工具；有效的月度或年度會員提供不限次數的裝置端報告更新、報告比較、情境調整及持續進度摘要。單次報告權益只會在報告產生並儲存後，以不含財務資料的中繼資料提交消耗；重送同一隨機報告 ID 不會重複消耗。既有完成報告仍可閱讀。Apple 與 Google Play 購買彼此獨立，不能跨平台轉移；Android 的實際付費功能可能因版本而異，並在其獨立發佈門檻通過前保持不可用。
除非你依相關商店條款在 Apple 帳戶或 Google Play 帳戶內取消，訂閱會自動續費。退款、撤銷或到期會停止新的付費請求，但不會刪除已儲存於 App 私有儲存、iCloud 或合資格 Android 系統備份的完成報告。
你的責任
只提供你有權使用的資料、保護 Apple 或 Google 帳戶及裝置，不得繞過購買驗證、干擾服務、未經授權提交他人財務資料，或將服務用於違法目的。
可用性與變更
因安全、維護、法律合規或第三方服務可用性需要，功能可能變更、暫停或停止。我們不保證服務不間斷或達到特定財務結果。
