The terms that apply when you use SteadyStep.

These product terms are a pre-release working version and are subject to launch-market legal review before App Store submission.
Eligibility and scope
SteadyStep provides debt-planning calculations, educational explanations, reminders and scenario tools. If you have not reached the age of majority or otherwise cannot agree to these terms where you live, use SteadyStep only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for authorizing purchases and automated report processing where required. By using SteadyStep, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
Educational service only
SteadyStep is not a lender, broker, debt-relief or credit-repair provider, investment adviser, financial adviser, legal adviser or emergency service. Results depend on information you enter and may differ from lender statements, taxes, fees, compounding rules, penalties and future circumstances. Independently verify important decisions with lenders or qualified professionals.
Purchases and report allowances
Digital purchases are processed by Apple. One single-report purchase grants one successfully completed report and does not unlock subscription tools. Monthly membership allows up to two completed reports per paid billing period. Annual membership allows up to 24 completed reports per subscription year and no more than two during the current 30-day window. Unused allowance does not roll over. Failed, rejected, timed-out or expired unclaimed reports do not consume allowance. Only one report can be generated at a time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account under Apple's terms. Refund, revocation or expiry stops new paid requests but does not delete completed reports already stored on your device or in your private iCloud database.
Your responsibilities
Provide information you are authorized to use, protect your Apple Account and device, and do not bypass purchase verification, interfere with the service, submit another person's financial information without authority, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or third-party service availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular financial outcome.

只供規劃及教育用途
穩行計劃不是貸款人、中介、債務紓緩或信用修復服務、投資顧問、財務顧問、法律顧問或緊急服務。結果依賴你輸入的資料，並可能因貸款方結單、稅費、複利規則、罰款及未來情況而不同。重要決定應向貸款方或合格專業人士獨立核實。
購買與報告額度
數位購買由 Apple 處理。單次報告商品可產生一份成功完成的報告，但不會解鎖訂閱工具。月度會員於每個付費週期最多可產生兩份完成報告；年度會員於每個訂閱年最多 24 份，並且目前每 30 天期間最多兩份。未使用額度不結轉；失敗、被拒、逾時或未領取而過期的報告不消耗額度。同一時間只可產生一份報告。
除非你依 Apple 條款在 Apple 帳戶內取消，訂閱會自動續費。退款、撤銷或到期會停止新的付費請求，但不會刪除已儲存於裝置或私人 iCloud 資料庫的完成報告。
你的責任
只提供你有權使用的資料、保護 Apple 帳戶及裝置，不得繞過購買驗證、干擾服務、未經授權提交他人財務資料，或將服務用於違法目的。
可用性與變更
因安全、維護、法律合規或第三方服務可用性需要，功能可能變更、暫停或停止。我們不保證服務不間斷或達到特定財務結果。
