Please include your iOS version, SteadyStep version, storefront country or region, and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, API keys, identity documents, full financial records or screenshots containing sensitive account information.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple Account subscription settings. Use “Restore Purchases” in SteadyStep when paid access does not appear after reinstalling or changing devices.

Reports

A failed report should not consume an allowance. If a report remains in progress after reopening the app, keep the report record and contact support before deleting app data.

Response time

We aim to acknowledge support requests within five business days. Complex purchase or account issues may require verification through Apple.

購買與訂閱

購買由 Apple 處理。你可以在 Apple 帳戶的訂閱設定內管理或取消訂閱。重新安裝 App 或更換裝置後未顯示付費權益時,請在穩行計劃內使用「恢復購買」。

報告

失敗報告不應消耗額度。如果重新開啟 App 後報告仍顯示處理中,請保留該報告記錄,並在刪除 App 資料前聯絡支援。

回覆時間

我們通常會在五個工作天內確認收到支援請求。較複雜的購買或帳戶問題可能需要透過 Apple 核實。
